That’s right, I’m done Tier 1. I burned, boiled, and backlashed my way through T1 like a hot knife through butter. I think this time it was even more fun then the other 4-5 times I have done it including OB/CB. It seemed no matter when I logged on there were people to group with and kill other groups. The scenarios would pop and a good rate, and never once had to stand around and wait. Dark Crag is full of life these days with server transfers really helping it out. Some big guilds came to Order’s help, and have really made it for a pretty even fight in the upper tiers. I can’t wait till I’m up there fireballing! Here is a shot of my ToK after the last scenario I participated in after dinging 12. Also I added a link to my realm war profile.

In the next couple of paragraphs I’m going to be discussing some of the highs and lows of this PvP only challenge, and what I plan on doing in T2. Also let me just say this, that so far there have been alot more highs then lows.
Highs:
1. One of the biggest highs was to actually see that T1 was hopping anytime I logged on. I never had to look for action. I could simply pop in a scenario or run out of the Empire warcamp straight into the back and forth struggle of capturing battlefield objectives. This made the first 11 levels easy. Since I play on an open pvp server I even went out by myself seeking some 1v1 or 1v2 battles. I only found a couple of 1v1’s, the best facing off against a Zealot that was one level higher then I was. I had a hard time out-damaging his healing, but in the end I bested him.
2. Most of the scenarios that I played in were fun, and even matched. I know the first time around on Dark Crag on my old DoK that it seemed like Destro always had the upper hand. I remember really laying it on Order sometimes like 500-50 and below. This time though I can count a half a dozen times or so where the race to 500 was only split by 25 points or less. This led to a scenario grind not being so bad, and actualy alot of fun at times.
3. I didn’t run into that many idiots. This is a high because generally the more people in a place the more idiots there are. I only ran into a few who thought that caps lock would help them get their point across. Sometimes it wasn’t even a bad point, but since they had to act like a jack-ass people brushed their point off.
4. The PvP was good and plentiful, and I LOVE PvP INFLUENCE. I think this system was a wonderful idea and I’m glad it’s there. It has helped me get some decent gear and I’m looking forward to maxxing out the other two pairings asap.
Lows:
1. Getting gear is going to be increasingly hard. I only have three ways to get gear. I can get a drop, pvp influence, and renown gear. The first requires luck which I sometimes lack if not all the time. The second requires time, and by the time I max it out I might need better gear. Then thirdly this requires gold which I donnot have an abundant cashflow. I will be hitting the greed button everytime in hopes of gaining some extra gold.
2. I never took the time to be all that social. I was hopinh to find a group to play with on a regular basis, but have not really found anyone yet. Though most of this is my fault for not trying to make friends, and something I plan to fix in T2.
Plans for T2:
First I need to go back and max out my T1 influence in the other pairings, and hopefully gain a couple of levels. After this I will go back to the scenario grind and hopefully be able to compete well. I’m also going to be a little more social and try to find a steady group or guild to play with. Though I’m not going to join a zerg guild because that’s not my style.
